La Gruber Hostel is located in the beautiful village of Rosia Montana, the oldest documented mining settlement in Romania, almost 2000 years old! This ancient villages offers many incredible artefacts and geological wonders to explore.
The village of Rosia Montana contains hundreds of households, a historical centre with beautiful architecture, various administrative and social-cultural buildings, memorial houses, a mining museum with a unique collection of ancient artefacts, an archaeological reservation, many geological wonders and incredibly deep roots in history.
The hostel provides a common toilet and shower with hot water, clean sheets, breakfast on request, self-service kitchen with all the necessary facilities for cooking and serving meals, room heating during the winter, flexible check-out time, covered terrace, a yard with green grass and trees, laundry service on request and luggage storage during the day. It also provides free wireless internet access.
On the beautiful covered terrace, guests can enjoy their breakfast, read a book, or just admire the beautiful surroundings.
