Settled under the Creasta Cocosului mountain, in a picturesque surrounding, the village of Breb is a real museum of rural Maramuresan life: old wooden houses, the XVIth century village church, whirlpools, horseshoeries, arts, crafts and secular traditions.
The main touristic objectives in the area are the wooden churches from Desesti and Budesti (part of the UNESCO patrimony), the whirlpools, the mills and the crafts on the Cosaului Valley, the Ocna Sugatag balnear resort and the ski slopes from Cavnic.
The guests can also rent the minibus of the guesthouse and visit any part of Maramures they desire to see.
In the large, green yard, the hosts have arranged a little terrace for serving meals, with wooden benches and tables and a playground for children.
