Nucet is a little village settled 20 km from Sibiu, an important cultural centre in Romania. The village of Nucet is very well known for the hospitality of its villagers, their traditions and their light-hearted nature. Here, every occasion is used for a celebration: religious holidays, weddings and christenings, the sacrifice of the pig, the distillation of the tzuica (plum elixir and local drink) and welcoming of guests.

The Bio House Cioran offers its guests a beautiful location from where you can take off on many trips in the surrounding areas: walking, biking, hiking, exploring.

The guesthouse has a completely equipped kitchen, a large living room and a beautiful, large garden. In the garden, the hosts have arranged a playing area for children, as well as a barbecue spot. 

You cannot miss the wholesome taste of the organic products the Cioran family has to offer: eggs, vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy products. And do try out the homemade bread Mrs. Cioran bakes. It will be the best you have ever tasted!

If you want to experience how living in a farm is, you can assist Mr. Cioran in animal feeding, cow milking and garden harvesting or Mrs Cioran preparing the marmalade and the pickles for wintertime.
